Well they're plastering AI on everything these days. I'm not sure if it's really unique. Regardless of how it can serve SE.

The world is looking at America, and America is busy shooting themselves in the foot by dismissing any word longer than three syllables as liberal satanic cult propaganda.

Of course a site where smart people have to come and say smart things will suffer.

The ideal solution would involve somehow convincing people again that even if you hate that uppity nerd on cubicle number 7456, you need people like him to teach you how to do things properly. The original need that SO sought to satisfy and did for a while.

Failing that, I don't see a way forward, unless SE sites change into helpdesks, or at least allow a much broader set of questions. You know, burn the very few bridges left standing that got the old guard hanging around anymore.
