Hi This Ugur from The Fix which is a company running in USA and Europe. We have over 200 locations and day by day we are opening new locations. And of course in each time we are creating Google business profile for each location. Up to 2 weeks ago Google was verifying the new created profiles within 24 hours. But now it takes 7 days. Even before 2025 Google was verifying the profiles as we created. My question is, as the company we are using and paying for Google workspace, we have bulk verification but in spite of these features why do we still have to wait 7 days? What changes before 2 weeks and now? Technology is developing and AI s are being implemented and integrated all work flows ? Why Google is making works harder and slower? Another issue, today I woke up and checked all our profiles and realized that one of them was suspended due to the violation of policy. But we haven’t done any updates even a comma, I submitted a claim . and also 5 GBP asked for video verification. Why? What’s happening in Google? Don’t you think that these are so ridiculous? Warm regards
