@Feeds @rene Personally, I consider posts like this that are just the question template without substantial changes as abusive of the system, particularly when there's no indication, at all, that the OP is actually trying to post about their own app/script/library. Do you want SD to detect these? If so, feel free to report the above question and add some watches that cover the visible template text.

and a second note - MRE/MCVE/MVCE/minreprex/whatever is required only for debugging questions that need the poster's code to be analyzed to be answered. Unless the extension can intelligently distinguish between how-to questions and debugging ones, I suggest removing the "Detect MRE absence" option altogether. We have enough of the closures of no-code questions that do not need any already.

I agree that it would be much better for SE to change how they handle this overall and adjust their deployment such that the SE API always returns a consistent response (e.g. either something valid, a response with backoff, or an actual indication of "you're blocked; you must wait X time"). I just think that it would be better to keep the issues separate and present the ongoing issue more accurately.
